Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking Our Certificate in Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking program is not just another pastry school program. It is designed to provide the theoretical foundation and technical skills necessary to pursue opportunities* as a baker, pastry chef, first-line supervisor in a bakery, as bakery owner or operator, chocolatier, or confectioner.
